The burgers and fries are ok. And yes the service needs a lot of improvement. Lunch time its a mad house and the staff are rude. They need to figure a better system for their pay and pickup lines. It can be very confusing for a firstimer. They need bilingual cashiers. The way they treat the japanese tourist is apalling. Its like they are doing you a favor serving you. Enough about Kua aina. This survey is incomplete it does not mention Eddies in Kaimuki They have good burgers and fab frozen custard. And totally missed the best place on Oahu the kiawe burger place next to Kozos across from the old stadium in Moilili, whose name escapes me. Killer burgers and fries.
