Nestled inside the Kirby Oaks shopping center, Downing Street is more than a refuge for cigar lovers. Yes, it does have an impressive 400 square foot humidor in the center of the bar. And yes, it also has personal lockers cigar connoisseurs can rent. But it also has an amazing filtration system that systematically draws up the smoke, keeping the air clear for non-smokers. And, they have an extensive list of Scotches and wines by the glass that can be enjoyed while you lounge on their comfortable leather chairs and couches. The truth is, Downing Street is simply a great place to meet friends, cigar smokers or not. -- Sarah Nichols

Great Scotch and Good Smokes
Whenever I'm in Houston for business, I make a point of visiting #10 Downing Street Pub - at least once (and usually more!) My experiences have always been top-notch, from the superb Scotch selection, to the the excellent humidor, I have never been disappointed. If you love a good smoke coupled with a fine Scotch (or wine, or a Guiness on draft), I highly recommend #10 Downing Street.
Overpriced & Pretentious
The high priced drinks and smug, pretentious people that hang out here really make this place winner!

i've been going since it open in 97..its a great place to smoke cigars..love it!!! the best ..for the true cigar smoker..light up and enjoy..puff,puff..aww.

This is the place to be on Thursday. Hip hop Thursdays are off the hook. Good cigars, music and whiskey.
