The two-story restaurant is decked out in a slick New York subway theme. Patrons of all kinds can be found enjoying Katz's cuisine: cops from the nearby HPD substation seeking carbs and caffeine; families with kids in tow; dance-club divas who need refueling and rehydration; and party animals looking for a day-after bagel.
