People choose to stay at the Magnolia because it's a chic, sophisticated, centrally located hotel. All of those things apply to the bar inside as well. Because it's just around the corner from Minute Maid Park and the Toyota Center, you can wander in for a post-game celebratory cocktail or drown your sorrows with a nice, stiff drink. The Magnolia Bar is located on the sprawling second floor banquet space and features a billiards room, plasma television, and lots of comfortable leather club chairs. Even when it's full of people, it never seems too loud or too crowded; in fact, it's just the place for a romantic toast with that special someone. But don't get too comfortable: This bar shuts down early.
