Ramada-Plaza   

Lied about the location near the Galleria Mall. When I received the info about this place, I expect it to be at least 1 or 2 miles from the the Galleria (like the Marriott and Hilton, located across the street from the mall), not have to get on the highway and drive at least 7 miles. The environment of the hotel was pretty dirty and dated. I argued with the manager/owner about a movie bill that I received, showing that I ordered a movie at 1pm on Saturday, although I had a receipt from the Galleria Mall and from the Marriott Hotel. Marriott receipt had a 12:45 pm time & the Galleria Mall receipt had a 1:30 pm time. They couldn't even tell me the name of the movie & room sevice came after I left the room that morning. For now on, I'm only looking for "American" established hotels.
