Spring Florist   

We have used Spring Florist exclusively for years. I took them the flowers for my wedding. Everytime I called, they had not started them yet. There was always one excuse after another. They told me after Easter they would start them. I called them Monday after Easter, and was told they'd be done by the end of the week. I called Friday and was told they were started, but not finished. They would call me Saturday to come pick them up. I didn't get a call Saturday so I called them. I was told they were not ready, and that I couldn't pick them up to take somewhere else, because the owner wasn't there, and they were 1/2 done. I called them Monday, and they were having a Spring Mum rush, so they couldn't work on them. So I went to pick them up, and they were still in the bag. They had never even touched them. They had the flowers for 7 weeks. I called 1-3 times a week. Every call there was one excuse or another.
