Meet friends and coworkers at this lively downtown watering hole. Situated on the second floor of the Rice Hotel building, its history is as rich as its interior. Designed to reflect The Old Capital Club, you can find many reminders of that legendary establishment that once resided inside the building. Mementos of its legacy hang on the walls as you ascend the stairs and inside the bar. Theres also a framed menu of the Rice Hotels old restaurant, The Flag Room, where the Filet and Lobster tail entre once cost a whopping $7.25. Atop the stairs, the mahogany paneled walls and leather appointments create a comfortable atmosphere for conversation. Its great for groups, too. Your whole office complex could probably fit into one of their gigantic lounge couches.
