For years, this neighborhood just outside of downtown was comprised of little more than pay parking lots and dilapidated houses. Now, the area is dotted with towering townhomes, renovated buildings, and a bar that attracts pretty young things from all around the city. Part of the draw is the expansive patio, where patrons are treated to an amazing view of the city. The interior is just as impressive; comfortable chairs and couches allow plenty of room for lounging, and tables are set up in view of several television sets.
