Casual but chic, Amazon Grill serves similar fare as the other Cordua restaurants, but with a decidedly different flair. For starters, Amazon Grill can best be described as semi self-serve. Begin by placing your order at the register. Choose from a list of salads, sandwiches, tacos and hot plates. Conveniently, each of the selections under the different categories has a single price. If you'd like something from the bar, try a Peruvian beer called Cusquena or the Brazilian cocktail, Caipirinha. Pick up your beverage and help yourself to plantains with the signature Cordua chimichurri sauce. There's also a roasted pepper salsa that is special to Amazon Grill. Now your work is done. Sit where you like inside the airy establishment or on the large patio outdoors. Your order will be served to you when it is ready. Don't forget to get dessert. Try the Tabletop S'mores for fun right at your table. It's a lazy Susan tray with graham crackers, chocolate and other treats around a flaming center.
