At this rowdy Tex-Mex restaurant, the infamously strong margaritas fuel the fiesta long after the dinner plates have been cleared. For years, well-fed patrons at the original west side location have been sticking around for the potent after-dinner drinks at the bar-inside-a-restaurant dubbed Club No Minors. The name came about when part of the sign was stolen, leaving only the word ''Club;'' someone wrote below it ''No Minors,'' and a legend was born. Originally, anyone who wanted to partake of alcohol had to join the club and pay a fee. Nowadays, anyone 21 or older is welcome to join in the party. The midtown location carries on the tradition and goes a step further with the addition of an outdoor patio overlooking downtown.
