Playing off the ever-so-popular street stands in Paris where tourists and locals alike line up for crepes filled with Nutella chocolate, bananas and strawberries or meats and cheeses, Crepe Paris Cafe attempts to bring a bit of Paris to north Houston. The tiny creperie also serves WiFi access, cappuccinos and espressos. The store is dark with wooden tables and chairs that look very European and a large screen TV across one wall that plays mostly videos. High-school kids and artsy types seem to frequent the spot. The cafe is a great idea and is well executed in terms of the look and atmosphere, but with regards to the crepes, there are two nits: The crepes are pre-made on a stove, not on the heated stones popular in Paris, and once the crepe is put together, it is re-heated in the microwave instead of using the natural heat of the crepe to melt the cheese, chocolate, etc. On the bright side, anything with chocolate and whipped cream as its staples is bound to bring the world joy.

I live right around the corner and had always wanted to stop in and try it. It was MARVELOUS! The food was great; healthy and gourmet. The atmosphere was unexpected; modern and artistic. The service was delightful! I definitely recommend this WONDERFUL restaurant for dinner. The crepe's were delicious. Why are you still reading this, go eat there!

I found out about CrepeParisCafe.com from a friend, online and read their menu. We ended up booking a party there. It was the most fun I've ever had. The food is out of this world. The staff was very friendly. The service is quick. They had everything Starbucks had, but 10 times better. You can find everything from Chicken & Shrimp Alfredo, Crab, Spinach & Shrimp, to Venetian Pesto and Veggies. The desserts were fantastic, too. The place is on the wrong side of the street, we were told that they really don't prefer to be there, but they had to pick that side because Starbucks is across the street and they were not allowed to be in that shopping center. Hmmmm... I guess Starbucks is afraid of the competition. Who cares. Crepe Paris Cafe is one of the coolest places in Houston we found. We travelled from League City all the way to Spring just to eat at this place. Amazing. Everyone should experience it. Their walls are about the most beautiful walls I've seen for a long time. Everyone's talking about them. We come as often as we can. Never had bad food or service there. Highly recommend it.

Great Food, Beautiful Plates

We were told that Crepe Paris Cafe has the Rocky Horror Picture Show once a month on Saturdays at 9PM. I'm going! This restaurant is fantastic. Healthy and delicious. Their coffee is out of this world and the service is friendly and fun. They have candle light dinners and they also serve breakfast all day. Since I came with my girlfriend we got a $1 off of everything during lunch, but they mentioned that if we bring a 3rd friend we'd get a free entree for dinner. That's a great deal. This place will become our favorite hanging place, they even have karaoke and massage chairs. Cool deal! Their website is at CrepeParisCafe.com You can get the free coupons there, we did.

Fabulous Cafe/Restaurant
By romancingromance on 05/04/2006
This place is a gem in the Spring, Texas area. I found them on the internet and took my mom and sister for breakfast. We loved it so much we went back the next day for lunch. Gosh, the crepes are soooooo gooood. We loved it, and the place is so cool. Awsome walls and marble floors. I could not believe that they had massage chairs, that's awsome. The crepes are out of this world. I had this iced hot chocolate, something called 20 below or something. I can't wait to go back and have that again. We love this place. You've got to try it. THE BEST.
