This steakhouse paints the sporting life in a grand light: Trophies, team jerseys and framed sports news clippings adorn this upscale restaurant. On the menu, the steaks, of course, are center court, with seafood, chicken, pastas and vegetarian dishes rounding out the lineup. While the salads are nothing out of the ordinary, don't pass up notable starter dishes like a savory lobster bisque, or gigantic mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat. Chocolate Chambord cake, a fudgy, chocolate-frosted cake topped with fresh whipped cream and chocolate, provides an extravagant end to your meal. Entrees range from $9.99-$24.99. Open from 5pm to 11pm daily.

Best steaks in town!
By calderman25 on 08/26/2003
Coach Bobby Pruett's Steakhouse has the best food in Huntington. It is now under new mgt., it has a new head chef, an entirely new wine list, and all sorts of new specials. I would have to suggest the bacon wrapped shrimp as a starter, then a bleucheese stuffed Game Day filet with fresh steamed asparagus and the garlic herb mashed potatoes. Aside from having one of the most extensive bars in town, and the best steaks bar none, Pruett's Steakhouse has the best service I've ever had. Oh, don't forget dessert, I would recommend the chocolate tripple truffle pie with strawberries.
