Old Point Tavern Inc   

You'll meet a different crowd every hour at the Old Point, a bar with rapid turnover on a street as old as the city itself. Its large windows blinking with neon beer and liquor signs, this drinking establishment in the northeast sector has an amazing view of the skyline from its sidewalk seats. The interior features giant paintings of Richard Pryor and Sam Kenison. There's a smell of popcorn in the air, and a scene that seems fresh-popped every 90 minutes or so.
