Olive's A Martini Bar   

Decidedly dapper, Olives invites you to pull out the suit and tie, light up a cigar, caress a glass of cognac or sip the trendiest of martinis. With a full menu of premium vodka 'tinis, single malt scotches and single batch bourbons, this Omni Hotel hot spot is upscale, elegant and expensive. Most popular are the again-fashionable cosmopolitans, "Big Joe Martinis" and -- from the dessert menu -- the chocolate martinis. As you sway to the dulcet tones of jazz, Sinatra and Dean Martin (or sample a martini named for the latter), grab a handful of complimentary cashews and almonds and enjoy a stogie. Regulars rent VIP boxes in the large humidor, but hotel guests can purchase choice cigars right there. Usually only open at night, the downtown bar does open at 11am for all Colts' games, when three televisions cover the action and appetizers are available. -- Lori Lovely
