At Shula's Steak House, former NFL coaching legend Don Shula proves he's just as successful on the grill as on the gridiron. With a location in nearly every NFL city, this franchise has a reputation of being one of the top five steakhouses in the country. Sleek decor featuring wall-to-wall Miami Dolphins memorabilia makes for a unique blend of sports bar and upscale eatery. The restaurant focuses on large portions of certified Angus beef, and even massive linemen have had trouble tackling the signature 48-ounce porterhouse steak. Consume this slab of beef and you'll earn a spot on Shula's Hall of Fame -- members of this exclusive club get their name in lights on Shula's Web site. Australian lobster tail, Norwegian salmon and Maryland crab cakes are just a few of the many seafood options. You'll feel third-and-ten type pressure when trying to choose a side dish, with a range of choices from baked potatoes and hash browns, to creamed spinach and asparagus. Shula's also sports a separate wine room stocked with an extensive selection.

Service is the best in town. Atmosphere, St Elmo's may get rave reviews, but Shula'a wins hands down. Food is presented and prepared excellently. No doubt Shula's Steak House is the best in town.

Simply great. It's a fine dinning experience with a comfortable everybody knows your name twist. The service is fantastic and the food even better. You don't need to be a Dolphins fan to be blown away by the tribute to 1972 undefeated team.
