Easy-to-clean concrete floors and the rolls of paper towels that top the oak tables give an indication of the mess diners are in for. With a smoker that can cook up to 600 pounds of beef at a time, there's no reason not to pile it on high. Hefty half-pound portions of pulled pork and finely shredded beef brisket are sandwiched between oversized buns and smothered in Dick's tangy barbecue sauce. Rib fans are not forgotten: Tender, smoked half and full slabs are available. Meat can be ordered solo or as part of a platter and includes a selection of ham, turkey and sausage. Loaded baked potatoes, ranch beans, mac and cheese and coleslaw round out the meal.
