CEOS, politicans and locals who want to impress their out-of-town guests all head to this culinary perch within the Hyatt Regency downtown. And the breathtaking views of Monument Circle aren't the only things making diners say feel god-like. The inventive American fare is grounded in fresh ingredients even as the dining room gently rotates high above the city. With glass windows wrapping the entire space, there is literally not a bad seat in the house. Add the stuffed portabellini appetizer or herb-encrusted prime rib au jus to the scene, and regulars agree it's a hard combo to beat in Indy. And frequent guests need not worry about dining duldrums. With the house desserts changing daily, there is always a sweet surprise at the end of the meal.

By Katiedfoster on 05/18/2008
Not only was the view amazing but the food was wonderful! The only drawback was the waitress was AWFUL!! However on a positive note, upon going back we discovered they felt the same way and let her go. It was worth every penny!

Great Food & View
By cobraman2u on 12/03/2007
Make sure you are seated 1/2 hour before sundown so you can see Indianapolis transform from nice to Beautiful. The service is very good and the food, looks and tastes as good as the best I have ever had. Take your time and enjoy the sights and sounds, and always leave room for the best !

Wonderful city restraunt.

It reminded me of seattle's space needle. Used to stay at the "other" Indy hotel, never again. I love the short walk from my room to a first rate meal. Don't have to drive and park, take a walk on the rain to get there. So what if you pay, I will never again have to live cheap, and cook in a motel room.
