Ruth's Chris Steak House   

It was a special occlusion, and I selected what I thought to be "a special restaurant", big mistake. My wife and I were entertaining my Boss, his wife and another couple for this special occlusion and naturally I wanted everything to go smoothly. I'm not going to go into a lot of boring detail or drama about the evening after all the food was superb. The service that was provided on the other hand was without a doubt the worst I have ever experienced, my wife and I were embarrassed beyond words. William, our waiter, was not on his top game this night, he would disappear for ten to fifteen minutes at a time leaving us looking around the room on several occlusion for assistance. The final embarrassment for me was that my Bosses wife had made the comment during dinner that she was going to treat herself to dessert that night becasue she had been dieting and lost a large amount of weight. By the time we could flag William down, to put in a order she was no longer interested. William needs proper training, please.

What an interesting place. You have to give this place a chance. Although you'll want to dedicate at least an hour to see everything. I could have spent 2 or 3 in there.

My girlfriend and I just love our visit to this place. The staff was extremely courteous and the steak was the best that either one of us has ever had. I've made steak dinners since then and had to quit, because the quality is unmatched. I'm getting a second mortgage so that we can eat there every week, LOL.
