if you want to act like children go to tootsies. you can always count on seeing some drama there. there is always a fight there at least once a weekend. the place is full of cheap customers who don't tip and want to look for fights. oh yeah it also has its fair share of swingers who hit on just about anyone. tootsies is a cheap trashy place. is this the best lesbian bar kansas city can offer?

Tootsie's is horrible! The place is a FILTHY DUMP, and the bathrooms are not fit for human use. I'm not even sure how it passes health inspections. The owners KATHY & "MEAN JEAN" need a clue OR at least a clue in how to be decent to others. Tootsi's Owners & staff are doing a terrible job, and are an embarrassement to the Gay community. Don't waste your time or money folks, this place is filthy, and has been taken over by SWINGERS and a DJ who has no clue. ....The staff is rude, but I suppose that's because they are treated so horribly by the owners. Go to BAR NATASHA, MISSY B'S or SIDE KICKS if you'd like to enjoy the company of GAY/LESBIAN/TRANS people( not swingers), and be treated right as a paying customer. TOOTSIE'S IS TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Older crowd, older staff, music was good, very few hot people, No hot staff at all..Reminded me of an old biker dyke bar..Came from Iowa for the weekend hoping for some change for the better but that did not happen in the gay scene...Will never go back

I love Tootsie's. . . I am a lesbian, and always looking for beautiful women. . There is no shortage of beautiful women at Tootsie's, especially on Saturdays. . . If you like the femme women, this is the place. Decent prices and attractive scenery. . .
