Flat beer and plenty of seating... sound like your scene? Try Fatsos. Situated right on the main drag of the Lawrence party community, this hallway of a bar features all your favorite beverage choices and a Pyramid Pizza to boot. There are darts and pool tables to keep you amused, as well as a couple of TVs. Fatsos is a regular gathering place for an element of the KU crowd (mostly guys, mostly preppy-ish), but the dark, pennant-covered bar draws others in for their regular drink specials, especially the $1.50 triple wells on Thursday nights. While it may not be the primo see-and-be-seen locale, it is a good place to go if you and your gang want a place to sit and talk and knock back a pitcher. -- Morgan Snouffer
