don't go here absolutely terrible
I have been to many thai and vietnamese place in KC and all over the US. This without a doubt was one of the worst if not the worst Viet place I have ever eaten at. I had passed by this place many times but decided to take my wife and daughter here for something different as we needed to be in this part of town. What a mistake!!! The place is newly remodeled and they now also have the place next door. I decided to try the National beef soup ******** was lifeless, there were little condiments to add. It was just plain disappointing. They should have added more noodles, vegetable more pieces of beef. Spicy not all. Both my wife and daughter too the ( steamed ?) since they liked veggies. They liked the vegetables but there was nothing special about it as all, not side sauce, condiments or anything.Seems like they have several sauces etc that can be used with chicken , beef etc Nothing looked to be special at all. You can be sure I will never go back again. Please consider another of the better ones in KC. At least you will get sometime for your money and a little different and unusual (which is what I look for). Dreadful
Very bad
Bad food Bad service. All you get is a BIG bowl of noodle that taste Bad. Go furthur to "Little Saigon" on Rainbow Blvd. for the Best.
Give it a try...
I was nervous to try it out, since I can be a pick eater. But it was delicious! The spring rolls with peanut sauce are great. (Try saving some peanut sauce and adding it to your dish!) The rice noodles are great and the tofu (I know... I was scared of tofu also before this place) was cooked perfectly. The service was great and they are happy to answer any questions.
