Side Street Bar & Grill   

So, I went to Sidestreet for my first time last night and LOVED IT! The people all knew each other but it was not intimidating or overwhelming. Actually it was nice because they wanted to invite you into their group. The bartenders were great and the liberal with the alcohol. The building does need a face-lift, but it was still great. I think Sidestreet provides the great alternative to the other bars in KC. I frequent the most popular gay bar in KC, (for confidential reasons, lets call it Bissy M's). I love Bissy's for it great energy and second to none, awesome staff. Bissy's also offers different rooms for whatever scene you might be into. However, Sidestreet is great because the scene is very eclectic and know no boundaries. Leather, twink, bear, etc. etc. Welcome all. Sidestreet is my new HOTT SPOT!

Sidestreets is a great little Bar/Tavern. The comfortable atmosphere is classic for any type of bar goer. Very hometown and cheerful, Sidestreets caters to those who would like to enjoy a social environment. Sidestreets no longer serves food nor does is have a juke box. Darts, pool and the occasional Saturday night poker games are what this little gem has in store for you. Unlike the other bars in the city, you can actually sit and have a great conversation without a drag show or loud music in the back ground. The bartenders are nice, accomdating and very sexy. If you would like to have a some "eye candy" as your sipping on your drink, feel free to drop in. Stop by Sidestreets and give them a try, you'll be very happy.
