The only reason people would ever hate on Tootsies is if they're jealous or insecure! I LOVE the owner, the poeple who work there...the music (NOT techno!...who wrote that? when did you go?), the drinks, the shows...everything!!! I even enjoy the bathroomsituation b/c it's soooo different!! It's an open place: Laid back and fun to hang out at...different from any place you've been, I promise you that! Be good to Tootsies! Go on Thursday and pay only $1 cover! Beer bucks (all the beer you want) is $7! TOOTSIES IS AWESOME!!!!! :o)  More Reviews
