Danny Edwards Famous Kc BBQ   

Eat it and Beat it. This is what makes it rememerable. It isn't the best BBQ in KC, but it has a tradition that is part of Kansas City. I can't understand why Danny Edwards changed the name as Eat it and Beat it is what most people still remember it as. As for the BBQ, it is something I crave anytime I'm close to downtown. Forget Jack Stack that has only been there a few years, this is tradition and legacy. They know how to serve KC BBq and do a good job of it. Fast service and it fills you up so you don't need a BBQ fix. Go there and be a part of history.

A very origonal style sause for KC. they say it is texas style. The sandwitches rock. Great ribs. I'll go back and try all the others on the menu.
