Was there recently and the hostess spilled water on us and yelled sh*t, no apology. Then the food was awful, no taste whatsoever.The only good thing was the singer who kept taking 20 minute breaks every 10 minutes. Why does this get ranked so high?

I visited Jardines on 1/24 at 9pm'ish. The food was awesome and so was the music and atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly....loved it!!!
