Kabuki Japanese Restaurant   

Crown Center's most exotic restaurant offering is Kabuki, a traditional Japanese sushi place. For a true sushi experience, ask to sit at the bar, where you'll see the chefs in action. The remainder of the restaurant has a nice Japanese feel, too. The private rooms have tatami mats and floor-style seating. Kabuki's menu follows the Japanese sushi restaurant model, with plenty of tempura and teriyaki in addition to sashimi and sushi. Especially good is the tonkatsu dinner -- a thin, boneless pork cutlet is breaded, fried and served with rice and salad. If you want to go all out with the menu, order the Kabuki Special, a set meal that covers each menu section from appetizer through dessert. Start with miso soup, salad and green tea. Progress through sushi and sashimi to tempura and teriyaki chicken. Finish with ice cream. Whatever you choose, enjoy the atmosphere.
