Calhoun's Restaurants   

We started off with the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and it was a great place to start. They claim to have the best ribs and they are excellent. Even give you a bib so you can save your clothes. The prime rib was just as great. Also, many microbrews that were delicious. My favorite happened to be the Cherokee Red. I suggest this place for a great dining experience!

I worked there for over 2 years. I know every recipe and was Known as the "Bicuit Queen"! I had the honor of meeting Payton Manning while he was still at UT. He wanted to know who was making the "cat head" biscuits. That would be me. Everything I did was by the book. My chantilly cream was the best. I even caught extra hours staying late to pick pork butts!! What a blast to work there.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CALHOUN'S STEAK CALHOUN!!! IT IS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST STEAK U CAN GET IN KNOXVILLE!!!!
