Cotton Eyed Joe has a different crowd every night of the week. My favorite nights to visit are Wednesday and Friday. Both nights have some really good drink specials. Wednesday night has $1 food specials. It is a good night to go out and just to break up the work week. Friday night is a good night to just mingle with your friends. Everyone at the Joe is not a "redneck". Besides there is nothing wrong with being a redneck as long as you don't bring your disagreements to the club with you or start trouble while you're there. Just the other week I met a couple from England. They had driven quite a ways across country just to visit Cotton Eyed Joes. They plan to re-visit on their next trip to the States. I like the Joe and I hope it will be open for many more years.
