Edwardo's Pizza Wagon   

Okay, so i used to work there, and yes the management is horrible, but I've never tasted a better pizza. Don't go there for pasta or anything else..they're okay, but not worth the high prices. The pizza is worth every bite of it; the best are the woodfired pizzas. The owner Rita is a grouchy old lady who sets the prices high and is very particular..even towards her guests. How many employees who worked at a restaurant would reccomend the place and eat there themselves? I've seen everything...the kitchen is spotless. You can choose a relaxed or elegant dining room. Perfect for any evening!

This resturant is a perfect example of a good resturant gone bad. A few years ago this was the place to for Italian Food in La Crosse; now it is considered one of the worst dining experiences in town. Change in management for this place meant change in quality, service, and an overall pleasant dining atmosphere. Meals too expensive, beers average $6 dollars a bottle, and specials are nonexistant. I do not recommend Edwardo's Pizza Wagon to anyone. There are plenty of other resturants in town.
