Price Per Person: $10-$20* Kid-Friendly Perks: Children's menu and high chairs Blue Plate Special: Every day is St. Patrick's Day at Bennigans. While the food is firmly American, the spirit and atmosphere are purely Blarney Blast. The Dish: On St. Patrick's Day you'll find fare like corned beef and cabbage, but the rest of the time you'll have to make do with hoisting a pint and scarfing down classics like the Monte Cristo sandwich, "O'Philly cheese steak," and heart-healthy Mulligan's Main Courses like the health club stir fry with veggies and chicken. Fish and chips are here for sure, and "Luck on Your Side"-dishes include Bailey's Broccoli and Rice O'Riley. Great burgers, too. The Atmosphere: Bennigans formula works so well that there's little variation from one locale to another. But the folks who flock here love it. Imagine yourself in an Irish "Cheers" where everybody knows your name and your favorite food from home.
