Country music fans finally have an answer to the Hard Rock Cafe. I Love This Bar & Grill is the vision of country music star Toby Keith and is located inside the promenade at Harrah's Hotel and Casino. The down-home country theme is evident throughout the expansive 17,000 square foot venue, with country music memorabilia hanging from its walls, a guitar-shaped bar that fills the middle of the restaurant and live country music always playing in the background. The bar isn't serving moonshine, but you still might be knocked back by of Southern specialties like their Who's Your Daddy margarita and the delightful-sounding Toadsuck Pond. The restaurant's unique menu features many of Keith's southern specialties, taken directly from menus of some of his favorite restaurants in Norman and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Fried bologna sandwiches, pulled pork and barbecue beef ribs are just some of the starring attractions. Sides include backyard favorites like cole slaw, potato salad and baked beans. Dessert choices range from sweet potato pecan pie with bourbon ice cream, to a warm slice of chocolate bread pudding.

Absolutely Awesome

As an avid Toby Keith fan I chose to make this a definite stop on my visit to Vegas recently. Wish I had stopped there my first night, although I probably would have spent every night of my whole vacation there. Food is great, music is good, drinks are even better, staff is friendly and service was excellent, a really fun place to kick back and relax. I plan on visiting it again in October when I go back. Good work Toby.

Toby's bar is GREAT! 6/24/06

I've been to Toby's bar in 'Vegas a few times. It's a must for me whenever I get to Vegas. I was just there last week, and it's still as good as it was the very first time I went a couple years back. The live music every night is awesome!! The band plays all night from 9pm - 2 am! They are great too!! The food is excellent also!! The only thing that could make this place even better, is meeting Toby Keith there some time. I'm still hoping!!

We loved this bar

We spent a few days in Vegas back in May and we went into the bar for a drink. It was awesome, the staff was very friendly, & very talented. Watching the toss those bottles was the neatest thing I have ever seen. Playing Toby Keith songs the entire time we were there was so cool. Of course personally I would be happy hearing Toby sing the alphabet.

Finally somebody got it right: the right businessman and looking after his investment. Actually, Harrah's invested in Toby and his business sauvy and its proved to be a match made in Heaven. I guess I'm prejusticed because of being a huge fan of Toby's and have yet to see anything connected with him fail. I just wish I had his business sense.
