1-800 Flowers Vegas   

Flowers were to be delivered on Thur or Fri. They were not. 1 attempt on Sat. before noon. Unaware of the pending delivery no one was home to accept the flowers. They were called early in the afternoon for redelivery. Then would not redeliver on Sat. Even when the recipient told them she was 82 years old and handicapped. They told her maybe a Sun delivery. No delivery Sun or Mon. On Tue told "maybe" today. The person who was contacted on Sat for redelivery was neither helpful or respectful to the 82 year old recipient of the flowers. What a lousy Mother's Day for this Mom with no flowers from her son. The flowers should have been delivery on THI or FRI. This place sucks big time. They don't care about their customers at all. Find someone else for your delivered flowers.

City wide floral SUCKS!!!!! (Industrial Road) They try to jip people out of their orders...its happened to me twice. My boyfriend ordered two dozen roses for me once and I only received 17...and just recently, they were suppose to deliver the flowers to me on Valentines but instead they delivered it a day early and two roses were missing. When I called to complain about it, the people at City Wide floral were hella RUDE!!! They should teach their employees what customer service is and those who don't know, should get FIRED! I reccommend that NO ONE should order flowers from CITY WIDE FLORAL!!!
