Bistro Zinc   

There are no swamps in Lake Las Vegas, but the aromas and tastes that emanate from the lakeside Bistro Zinc restaurant can transport diners in spirit to the Louisiana bayou. Chef Joseph Keller's French-Cajun restaurant is as down-home as his other lakeside eatery, Como's, is refined and classy. The food's great at either place, but for those with a hankerin' for beignets, po boys, seafood gumbo and jambalaya, this spot serves them all to the rollicking beat of a Zydeco soundtrack. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining are all available, and you may want to stop at the bakery on the way out for some fresh-baked pastries and other delights to go.
