Named for the plant from which tequila is derived, the Blue Agave Oyster & Chile bar celebrates the well-known, high-end tequila with over 150 selections on hand, as well as 350 different margarita choices. Located inside Gardunos restaurant, the Blue Agave features seafood and Southwestern specialties like steamed clams, freshly-shucked oysters on the half shell, ceviche and a lobster roast. Diners sit at a special bar inside the restaurant; those under the age of 21 are ushered to a table next to the bar (since it can get raucous and rowdy, parents might want to think twice about bringing youngsters to the restaurant, especially on Friday and Saturday nights). An authentic chile bar, with a variety of sauces, is also available.
