TERRIBLE - AVOID
By Papabear3xxx on 08/13/2009
Terrible service. Mediocre food. Arrogant waiters. Tourist trap. Eat and get the $#%& out attitude. Staff bump into your chair and keep walking. They are having conversation in the middle of the restaurant, chewing gums. No training or servicial behaviour whatsoever. Trailer park waiter will leave you without bread, don't serve the bottle of wine and will challenge you with an 'in your face' "You're welcome!" because you didn't say thank you after you requested that he does his job. And don't complain to the manager. He's powerless. After this miserable experience you will still be charged for the whole disaster - $120 - no dessert- for two people, in my case. Don't be an idiot. Don't go there or you will definitely remember this review.

Definitely eat here!
By caquinn2 on 09/17/2006
My husband and I had a wonderful dinner. We were unable to get a seat outside, but the inside is very cozy and romantic. The food and service were outstanding. Generous portions and the calamari appetizer was superb. I am very picky about my calamari and Canaletto does it right! Lightly sauteed and perfect! If you are looking for a great place to eat at a reasonable price, you MUST check out Canaletto.

Delicious Food!
By merryva on 07/18/2006
Dinner with large party on week night was perfect. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. Price was a value. I started with the caprese salad - basic but good. Then had the ravioli dish with pears & asparagus - absolutely fabulous! Had a glass of the house chianti - good. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone whether you are looking for a pre-show dinner or a special occasion.
