Charlie Palmer Steak is more than a steakhouse, it's a culinary experience like no other. Tucked in the luxurious Four Seasons Hotel, Charlie Palmer offers superb cuisine in a plush atmosphere. Two dining rooms are available for relaxing in comfort with a fine cigar and a glass of Merlot. (The wine list features more than 600 selections.) Mahogany accents, vibrant abstract paintings and simple glass fixtures round out the charmingly pared down decor in the dining rooms. After all, the real focus here is the cuisine. Entrees include charcoal grilled filet mignon, the Kansas City rib eye and the New York shell steak. But Charlie Palmer's menu isn't limited to steaks. Prosciutto-wrapped pork tenderloin, stuffed Maine lobster and pan-seared Alaskan halibut are among other seafood and chicken options well worth the price. Vegetable and starch sides as well as a choice of four different sauces only add to the meal. End the perfect meal with a mocha chocolate torte or creme brulee.

The Worst
By Qbmeriff on 07/04/2008
I had the worst experience of my life here with my family. We were guess of the Four Seasons in the process of relocating to LV. If the manager of the Four Seasons didn't intervene that evening, we never would have had dinner. The next day we got n apology from the Four Seasons, but nothing from Charlie Palmer. There are many fine steak restaurants in Las Vegas, and I would just about suggest any of them, and tell any one who asks about Charlie Palmer's (or any of his other restaurants) to go elsewhere.

Won't Be Back
By stphnmnstr on 01/03/2007
Prior to taking in a show, dinner was scheduled for Charlie Palmer's. Poor Bartending, Food and Wait Staff made for a completely horrible pre-show dinner. Actually had to ask (what turned out to be the manager) for a menu! Yeah, that's great service right there....not. Sorry Mandalay Bay, but it was absolutely awful. We'll be back as we are locals, but we don't endorse Charlie's.
