Cheesecake Factory   

There's something almost sadistic about the Cheesecake Factory. The place has "Cheesecake" in its name, so you're geared up for a piece before being shown to your table, and the place serves its marquee confection up in creamy, gargantuan slices, topped with a zillion delectable toppings. But being adults, we generally eat a meal before dessert, so the road to that cheesecake goes through one of the more than 200 items from the lunch and dinner menu. Problem is, whether it's a salad or a sandwich, a chicken, fish or pasta dish, the portions they serve are so huge, only the most hearty appetites have any room left for those calorie-packed slices of heaven. Start with an appetizer, and the battle's over before it starts. Here's one solution to this dilemma -- enjoy the meal, then walk a lap or two around the adjacent Forum Shops in Caesars Palace before returning for dessert.
