called for directions to the place and that shiela hung up on me then i called back and was a complete ................h if the phone services sucks i want go in person.

The service in the Summerlin Cheesecake Factory was very poor. You cannot order calamari without the tenticles, which is absurd!!! Most all restaurants, even pizza parlors offer that option. Took a slice of cheesecake to go, got home, and it was barely a slice... VERY dissapointing, its almost like they deleberately WANT to provide bad service! NOT IMPRESSED

As long as you are willing to deal with lousy service and a long wait to sit, you'll be ok. The food quality is definitely above average, great sauces, and obviously great desserts.

The food was good but the service was nasty! I ordered a decaf coffee after my meal and the waiter obviously gave me regular because I got home at 9:00p.m and here it is 6:oo a.m. the next morning and I am still WIDE AWAKE!!!!
