I wanted to order flowers online for a friend's birthday. I didn't want to spend a lot of money (35.00)and settled on a cute arrangement. Unfortunately, the delivery charge was a pricey 9.00, but let it go. It then said my TOTAL was 44.00, and thought that wasn't too bad. I went ahead and ordered them. When I received my credit card statement, they had charged me a little more than 53.00....nearly ten dollars more. I went back to receipt..... On the first page it showed the total I thought I should have paid, and on the second page (ALTHOUGH THEY HAD ROOM TO SHOW IT ON THE MAIN PAGE) they included a service charge. Nowhere prior to me checking out did they mention a service charge!!!! If they had, I would understand and probably not have ordered. I spent nearly as much for charges as for the flowers. I called them, and they said there was nothing they could do about it.....TERRIBLE! BAD BUSINESS SCAM! I would not suggest you risk ordering! Take it from experience!

The deliveries and service are prompt and courteous, but the BEST thing is the creativity of the arrangements. Using interesting color and flower selections, beauty is found. If they don't have what you need, they'll special-order it.
