Cravings Buffet   

A modern take on the Vegas staple, Cravings allows diners to meander through an "all-you-can-eat self-service dining experience" (the words of designer Adam Tihany, also responsible for the futuristic design of Aureole at Mandalay Bay). The $12-million dollar update and expansion to the already popular Mirage buffet includes a wide range of choices from sushi to rotisserie chicken. The food is prepared in 13 live-action kitchens done up as individual restaurants, offering such selections as made-to-order salads, pastas and dim sum. Flat-screen televisions display cooking shows from around the globe, drawing diners of all cravings.
