Just above the Strip on the 11th floor of the Paris Las Vegas? Eiffel Tower replica, Chef Joho?s Eiffel Tower Restaurant offers the city?s premier French cuisine, breathtaking views of the Las Vegas strip and is regarded as the crown jewel in Paris Las Vegas? collection of restaurants. Guests are whisked to the restaurant in a glass elevator that opens to the electric activity of one of the city's top kitchens before being escorted to the dining room, where panoramic views and exquisite cuisine take center stage. The glittering lights of the Las Vegas Strip appear even more dramatic in the dining room's intimate lighting, and guests are treated to spectacular views of the glorious Bellagio water fountain show. Metal frameworks from the Eiffel Tower dramatically breaks through the restaurant walls and creates a modernized art deco style. "No matter what you call it, it's smashing," says Muriel Stevens of the Las Vegas Sun. Tours of the Eiffel Tower Restaurant are available daily.

Superb Valentines !
By Gottascuba75 on 02/15/2009
The service was A+++++ from the time we got in the elevator. Very friendly staff, Very knowledgeable of all the wines and menu options. The view was amazing! All my request made through the online reservation were met and exceeded! I had the Filet with red wine sauce and my wife had the Salmon. Both melted in your mouth. We dined at 6pm on a Friday and never felt rushed. We were encouraged to stay as long as we needed and enjoyed our after dinner drinks while taking in the view of the Bellagio fountain show for the 4th time. Yes the price is probably a bit hefty for many however the experience and food is worth at least one trip. For dinner 2 glasses of wine and after dinner drinks with gratutiy you are @ $150 plus. We will definately be back!

I honestly dont know what to say. I recently dined at the Eiffel Tower and it was the most amazing experience i had ever had. My friends and I were there for a birthday and the entire time that we were there we never felt rushed to order anything! The great thing about that is that we LOVE to dine and take our time. Everyone that was working there was so nice to all of us. The view is absolutely amazing during sunset too. I really cant wait to go to Vegas again just to have a nice romantic dinner next time Im there with my husband.

Ok, this has got to be the most the most amazing find yet. The restaurant is nothing short of slap you in the face, stunningingly beautiful. It is hard to take your eyes of the view. I love fine dinning and make a point to try the best that a city can offer. Every course was perfect. My husband is accustomed to my picking the dishs apart. We loved everything that cam to our table. The server simply had us charmed. Very impressive indeed!!

Pure Magic

I am from NYC and have dined at many, many fine dining restaurants all over the country. This is by far the best experience I have had in Las Vegas and certainly in the top five best I've ever had. From the point of reception to service to exiting the establishment, it was exceptional! Highly suggested to those who know, or want to know, what fine dining really is!
