Global Flowers & More   

A friend ordered flowers and Global sent the wrong flowers. When I called I was greeted with the rudest reception and language I have heard in a long time. When I explained the situation I was told "this is what was ordered and there's nothing to be done". The person wouldn't even explain why they sent the wrong order and hung up on me. I would never do business with them and I'm sorry our friend wasted her money with the order.

I recently ordered flowers from a FTD florist, which they referred the order to Global Flowers and More. Much to my surprise they tried to deliver birthday flowers to my dying mother but she was unfortunately at the CANCER doctor appointment on her birthday! They said they waited for twenty minutes outside her gated neighborhood, but no one came or went during that time. (In Las Vegas, I find that unlikely) They said that they tried to call her but no one answered. But they didn't try to call me who was the one paying the $60 for the flowers to see if there was another way in. But instead nasty messages were left on my mothers answering machine and no delivery was happening today but they are too busy to send someone out again. This is due to their drivers having to go from NLV to Henderson in the same day. When I call to explain our special situation to the owner I was not only given the cold shoulder but told that since I couldn't see her side that the conversation was over. I feel that any business owner would at least try to satisfy their customer needs, however since I ordered my flowers from a wire florist (FTD) that I wasn't a repeat customer that I was given no customer service at all! Upon reviewing her website, It really stuck me by her Guarantee "As professional FTD florists, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD" I would have to say that is false advertising! Also, I found the following statement to untrue, "At Global Flowers And More we are committed to quality and service. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is our personal commitment to creating long term relationships with our customers. Your satisfaction is our Number One priority, not just because it's our job, but because we care." They didn't care when I explained that my mother is dying and that this is according to the doctors her last birthday ever! So with this being said, PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FLOWERS FROM GLOBAL FLOWERS AND MORE!

Global Flowers designer/wedding coordinator made a magical, perfect wedding for us at the Fairfield Grand Desert Resort. NOT a typical Vegas wedding. It was simply elegant. Tastefull exotic flowers, silk and fresh flowers adorning the ceremony area. Just PERFECT. Highly recommend this florist/designer/consultant. She can do it all !!!
