you must be crazy....

TKO was the best band for Hooter's. Whoever wrote that last comment is crazy and obviously friends with the members of The Clave. How can you think that an R & B band that played a maximum of 30 songs per night could last there. It's Hooter's! Rock and Roll and Pop. Not Al Green and James Brown. Tips went up 300% after Peter Love and TKO started playing there. I know because the bartenders said so. I would love to see TKO back at Hooter's sometime. There was alway's an essence of fun in the air whenever they performed. Hooter's...hint hint.

Unconsistent Misic scene

To whom it may concern: Being a Las Vegas veteran for over 15 years and watching and visiting the new attractions that come and go in this town, I’ve come to find that Hooters/Hotel and casino is one of my favorite “hot spots” to spend my time and money at. Besides the fact of having fabulous hooter girls and upbeat environment, I find myself most comfortable in the lounge of the 13 martini bar. I have become a fan of the “almond joy” martini and the spinach dip, not to mention the “best” live music in town. I spend my time seeking great live music and I thought I have finally found it until I heard the news that your house band “Clave” has been given there 30 day notice. For this is the reason of my energy and letter. I gather this information because I have become very fond of all the friendly staff in the 13 martini lounge, and they try to fill me in with all the upcoming events (since you guys lag desperately in marketing) and music that you seem to bring in and out of your venue. It’s come to my attention that you have no concern about your employees in that venue and what they think of any issues you have for its future. Did you forget that they are your market that you lag and are there night and day, listening, watching, and knowing what brings the crowd in and what people enjoy and why that place gets busy when it does. All the reasons why they work for you are all the things that you’re not providing. Now, the only reason why I keep coming to your venue is because of the soulful band “Clave”. I’ve grown with that place just as the employee has and I want you to know that “Clave” keeps the spirit there. Have any of you big wigs ever actually sat there and listened to them play? I didn’t think so. Now I know you sat there and heard “TKO” play a few times, and let me remind you, they are NO cure for the common casino. They are just your average Joe that I can find in any other casino or free venue in town. Now if that’s what you want to portray then by all means, do so. That energy will be passed down to the employees in which will be passed down to me and ill find myself spending my time and money elsewhere. Ill be sure to tell all my friends and relatives and there friends and relatives that your casino has lost its spirit and touch on what your motto is all about, and its just simply not worth going to your establishment over a lousy chicken wing. Can you make it as a Hotel/Casino with just a chicken wing? I guess we will soon find out. For this is dedicated to the only soulful group of individuals in town, “Clave”. Think twice. Sincerely, A disappointed guest.
