good palace!
I have stayed atthe Imperial at least 8 times. The facility is older, however neat and clean. The casino service is one of the best in town and entertaining too. It's Vegas and should be fun and the Imperial is a great home base to visit the city
Hotel from Hell
As soon as walked into are room, I cried and wanted to go home honestly! I would have. We went with a couple who has never been to Vegas and i told them how sorry we where to had picked there to stay. I stayed in some nice hotels there it was not because of the price. I just wanted stay in a older hotel not noing it has the hotel from Hell! Check in was a nightmare, they all where rude. We where told they didn't know when are rooms would be ready after it was time to be checked in. Not even a sorry, Never again will i even walk into there again !!!
Horrible
New name should be Imperial Crapalace. Stayed from 2/15- 2/18 and hated every minute that I spent in the Hotel. Cheap price means that every thugh and gangster from around the US came and stayed there. Was our first time in Vegas and will be the last time at the Imperial Crapalace. Reservation was lost but then was upgraded to luv tub room. Huge tube and room was average but not bad. Staff was nice and helpfull. Everyone won money at casino and dealers were helpfull and entertaining. Could always get drinks while playing both cards and slots. Had such a bad time with the way other guest acted is probably the biggest reason we hated this place. Many times while my wife and friends wife would be walking around the men would grab them by the arms or in the butt. Security is everywhere in casino but nowhere in hotel. Almost got a contact buzz while walking in hallways ,and riding the elevator. I think we were the only ones who didn't smoke weed and we stood out. Not a nice place to take children.
The I-P
The wife and I stayed at the Imperial Palace, Jan-22-25 2006 and really had a great time. One suggestion, don't stay in the tower over looking the strip. Oh it is is pretty and all, but the noise (music) coming from the round bar where there are little shopping booths can can get pretty rowdy until 3am. If you are all nighter then this will not bother you. This may be your last chance to stay at the IP for it is gonna be destroyed sometime early next year, and something new will be put there. Ceasers and Co. have bought them out.
