Sometimes it's nice to indulge in the sensory dining experience offered by Benihana, but it's okay if you just want creative Pan-Asian cuisine without the slice and dice sideshow. The 888 Noodle Bar, located inside Benihana Village at the Las Vegas Hilton, serves noodles, congee and rice dishes, along with such signature dishes roast duck, braised Mandarin beef, curry chicken and fresh sea bass, plus a full array of appetizers, soups and salads. As the name suggests, the specialty of the house is the authentic Asian noodles, available in such varieties as Singapore, Udon, Szechuan and Chow Mein. No reservations needed to drop in for a quick bite or a quiet, informal dinner.
