Hilton food got a certain standard. Buffet means self serve/freedom why the drink part of it is controlled and tipped? Don't like the servers either - especially the rib - it's good to get only the lip or the eye or the thinness or the center rare or welldone end as you like and not have to ask yet never get the exact piece and have to waste part of the piece GIVEN.

Where ever you eat in Las Vegas you are swallowing your food with cigarette smokes from others' lungs, throats, mouths, teeth, gums, tongues, noses, ears, etc. With people everywhere, indoor or out, they should allow smoking only inside one's own house or car with all windows and doors closed.
