Michael Mina Restaurant   

There are two kinds of people in the world: those who read a restaurant menu, notice that the pea soup costs $18 and swallow their dental work, and those for whom triple-digit tabs are a fair price for elegant food served in sophisticated surroundings. For those in the latter category, Michael Mina may become your new favorite seafood destination. Once you get past the $18 pea soup, the entrees consist of seafood and nothing but -- tuna, bass, Dover sole and a veritable ocean of fish. Don't look for that token chicken or steak dish here. For the undecided, try the five-course tasting of their signature dishes, with each dish paired with a different wine. The restaurant is located inside the Bellagio conservatory, but doesn't take advantage of its lovely surroundings. The dining area is narrow and somewhat plain, though the monochromatic use of beige can have a calming effect after a busy day.
