A 400-seat cafe with a stock car racing theme, the NASCAR Cafe features giant TV screens with surround sound, in case you aren't getting enough noise while visiting Vegas. There's also Carzilla, a three-ton, 34-foot-long Pontiac that rises every hour from behind the bar to blast its engine (that'll teach you to sleep while you sip). If that's not enough excitement, there's plenty more. 'SPEED': The Ride, a 70mph roller coaster, begins its dizzying journey right from here.
