Nine Fine Irishmen   

Inspired by a band of Irishmen who lived great adventurous lives in the 1800s, the ambitious Nine Fine Irishmen pays tribute to their spirit with a lively and authentic Irish pub. Bricks and mortar were shipped directly from the Emerald Isles for the project, which recreates the Victorian-style pub. The 9,000-square-foot bar was designed by the Irish Pub Company and replicates the Irish experience to the smallest detail. The present Nine Fine Irishmen are the nine Irish chefs who have collaborated on the menu -- each prepares his regional favorite using only natural Irish foods, and the menu is almost as much of a draw as the libations. Try the soda bread, served fresh daily after 11AM. The drink menu of stouts, lagers and ales includes such classics as Guinness, Beamish and Murphy's Red, and a staff of storytellers creates an ambient hum among the crowd alongside plenty of Irish song and dance. The Irish would definitely be proud.
