At any other resort, the noise levels emerging from the Pink Taco might keep some patrons away, but this is the Hard Rock, where the music's pumped in loud and nobody keeps their voice down. A quieter -- and sometimes more pleasant -- meal can be had by dining on the patio, but it's more fun just to grab a margarita and join the party. Pink Taco puts a California spin on traditional Mexican dishes, including tamales, batter-fried fish tacos, carne asada and salmon. The crepas de cajeta, apple-filled crepes covered in caramelized milk, bring a sweet finale to a spicy meal.

If you are a fruitcup from Cali, this is your kind of place. If you went for the food, better look elsewhere.
What a fantastic place!
I can totally tell why celebrities go here. The atmosphere is crazy! Everyone's always laughing and talking and having a great time that I can barely keep control of myself! The food is spectacular too. Every time I go I get one of their margaritas that are always spectacular. I know some people aren't keen on the quality of drinks at a "chain" place(can Pink Taco even be considered a chain?) but theirs are some of the best in the area! The food is also top notch compared to other Mexican/taco places in Vegas. Definitely go here if you haven't!

Fun and festive, no doubt. But I must be missing something on the food. Been there several times and just can't see what others do. Margartitas are great, food OK.

what a fun restaurant! I think the staff can make or break a place, they make it! good food too. There is NO good Mexican food here in Charlotte nc, can you come here? :)
